The DT-1/50 duct thermostat delivers accurate electronic control of temperature levels in HVAC ventilation ducts. Capable of switching loads of up to 10A at 250V AC, it is ideally suited to the control of heating, cooling and ventilation equipment; such as heaters, fans, boost controls, override controls, alarms, etc.
The DT-1/50 is calibration-free and accurate to within 2°C. The high-accuracy temperature sensor is housed in a robust, corrosion-proof 50mm* probe, delivering consistent accuracy and maintenance free** operation.
The DT-1/50 regulates to a fully adjustable temperature set-point between +12°C and +26°C, combined with an adjustable temperature hysteresis (differential) of anything between 0.25°C and 4°C.
The duct thermostat design allows for easy installation directly to the exterior of flat-sided ductwork using self-tapping screws. A 16mm dia hole will be required for the temperartue sensor probe to protrude through into the duct. The unit comes complete with a cable gland in the base for tidy and secure cabling. Alternatively if direct connection to electrical conduit is desired, this may be removed and exchanged for a suitable conduit connector (with M20 thread).
