The IPTDS3 Outdoor IP65 Time Delay Switch has been designed to switch on external lighting and heating at the press of a button and automatically off after a pre-determined duration has elapsed. The delay before the load is automatically turned off can be adjusted via an internal thumbwheel from 6 seconds to 60 minutes. Other time delay periods are available upon request at time of purchase (3 seconds to 30 minutes, 12 seconds up to 120 minutes).
Utilising an IP65 rated enclosure, the IPTDS3 is fully protected against harsh weather environments when mounted outside. An illuminated pushbutton is provided as standard to ensure that the unit can be easily located in the dark.
The IPTDS3 is also available as a 2-wire variant:
IPTDS2: 2-wire version (Live In, Live Out), no neutral wire needed. Please note a minimum load of 20W is required. Power factor correction capacitors may be required for compact fluorescent installations.
