The DH-1/24V duct humidistat delivers accurate electronic control of humidity levels in HVAC ventilation ducts. Capable of switching loads of up to 10A at 250V AC, it is ideally suited to the control of ventilation, humidification and dehumidification equipment; such as extract fans, boost controls, override controls, alarms, etc. The duct humidistat is powered from a 24V AC or DC supply.
The DH-1/24V is calibration-free and accurate to within 3% RH. The high-accuracy humidity sensor is housed in a robust, corrosion-proof 100mm* probe, delivering consistent accuracy and maintenance free** operation.
The DH-1/24V regulates to a fully adjustable relative humidity set-point between 5% and 95% and a relative humidity hysteresis (differential) which is fully adjustable between 1% and 10%.
The duct humidistat design allows for easy installation directly to the exterior of flat-sided ductwork using self-tapping screws. A 16mm dia hole will be required for the humidity sensor probe to protrude through into the duct. The unit comes complete with a cable gland in the base for tidy and secure cabling. Alternatively if direct connection to electrical conduit is desired, this may be removed and exchanged for a suitable conduit connector (with M20 thread).
** Maintenance free in clean airflow. Any accumulation of dust or debris on the protective mesh filter may be removed by vacuuming.
