ORDER DISPATCHES – POTENTIAL DELAYS

We are now thankfully returning to “normal” life and all of us have returned to work under the current safety rules.
Our lead times have been greatly affected by what has been going on over the past months, with some suppliers unable to send us certain components due to greatly increased delays that have affected them as well. We are being given dates of anything from 6 weeks to 13 months. Quite unbelievable and unfortunately inevitable.
Due to this the delivery dates already given could be delayed and therefore we are unable to validate lead times on quotations or orders. Any stock levels advised on our website are only valid for 24hours once placed.
Our recommendation to customers is that when you place orders please bear in mind that the dispatch date can vary from what is given and lead times can be delayed. We are working tirelessly to avoid major impacts to our customers and are hoping to ensure as little disruption to our service levels as possible.
