MSE will always endeavour to fulfil your order with ease, efficiency and to your complete satisfaction.
We offer a range of delivery options, depending on the price of your order, the delivery address and the speed with which you require the goods. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service.
All UK mainland orders:
Under £200 (excluding VAT) are subject to £6.00
£201 – £1,000 (excluding VAT) are subject to £8.00
Over £1,000 (excluding VAT) are subject to £12.00
All Northern Island and Northern Scotland deliveries are £18.00
UK Offshore deliveries are £20.00. UK Offshore areas include the Channel Islands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man and Ireland.
Note: all prices shown are excluding VAT.
Minimum Order Value
We do not have a minimum order value for orders placed on our website.
Despatch of Goods
We despatch all orders with a next working day courier service to all UK and Ireland based customers. Goods are normally despatched on day of receipt of order although this is not guaranteed. If you have a specific requirement please call the office to confirm a dispatch date.
Note: Please be advised that selecting the ‘via next working day’ shipping service does not guarantee your goods will arrive on the next business day. This is just a description of the courier delivery service that your order will be dispatched with when it is ready.
Our next working day courier service in the UK and Ireland normally ensures delivery the next working day after the order being placed. Orders must be placed by 14:00, Monday to Friday.

Please note: if you are placing an order on a Saturday or a Sunday, you can expect to receive your items on Tuesday.
Signing for a parcel and missed deliveries
Goods despatched by our courier service will require a signature unless specific details are made at the time of placing your order (e.g. ‘leave parcel with a neighbour’). If the customer is not present, the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or organise collection.
